Key Responsibilities

As an ABA Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and ABA techniques
  • Supporting children with ASD in reaching their full potential across various settings: school, home, and community
  • Participating in activities such as conducting circle time, centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group motor activities, and crafts that directly support each child's developmental progress

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of client progress, communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
