Overview:

As a Spa Services Coordinator, you will assist guests during their arrival and departure from the spa, ensuring a positive experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Spa Lobby, and ensuring an ample supply of clean towels, robes, and sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain locker room supplies, including towels and robes.
  • Dispose of soiled linens and trash efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness of corridor walls and doors, including glass doors and mirrors.
  • Manage spa laundry duties.
  • Provide guests with necessary items such as robes, towels, and slippers to enhance their experience.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for work.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, and push carts weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to stand and move throughout the spa while performing essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to various audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
