We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team at Woodhouse Spas. As an Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional facial and body treatments to our guests, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced skincare services, including facials, waxing, and brow tinting, in accordance with state regulations and Woodhouse Spa standards.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of skincare techniques and products, offering expert advice to guests to ensure a tailored experience.
- Work closely with the Spa Director and Concierge to ensure seamless guest experiences, adhering to all Woodhouse Spa protocols and standards.
- Conform to all Woodhouse Spa standards, as outlined in the Operations Manual, and strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Perform various tasks, including welcoming guests, offering amenities, preparing guests for services, reviewing intake forms, and educating guests on skincare benefits.
- Offer enhancers and retail home care products, explaining their benefits and proper use.
- Communicate promotions and refer guests to other Woodhouse Spa services.
- Ensure proper sanitation, lighting, music, and aromatherapy in treatment rooms.
- Support team members and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Renew licensure and obtain continuous education as required by the state and Woodhouse Spa.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a provider.
- Active license.
- MicroDerm certification.
- Chemical Peel certification.
The commission rate for this role is 25% to 33% per service, plus gratuity, and is commensurate with experience. Compensation is $74.25 per hour.
