Position Overview:
As a Room Service Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines when using cleaning agents.
  • Strip and remake beds, changing linens as necessary, which may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Dust and polish all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and shelves.
  • Vacuum rooms and dispose of trash in designated areas.
  • Restock guest room supplies, including linens and amenities.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks that require physical exertion, including reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
  • Capability to handle equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various audiences.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour.
