About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Strategy Director to join our team at PMG, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our clients and fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and advise on the development of digital marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and market insights.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics: Utilize expertise in performance metrics and attribution methods to guide strategic decisions and optimizations.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of critical projects, including onboarding and strategic initiatives across the client base.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the team and with clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant work supporting retail apparel clients, with 4+ years in a supervisory management role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated management and team development skills, proven experience in multi-channel digital marketing, and solid analytical background with experience in managing budgets/KPIs.
  • Tools: Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote for reporting and presenting to clients.
