Job Description

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Visit Dallas's digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall marketing objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Visit Dallas's website, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the digital marketing function.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading digital marketing teams and developing effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
