As our Client Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our diverse clientele and fostering a vibrant, diverse team of leads and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust media plans and manage budget forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Lead executive-level communication and strategic planning to ensure alignment with client objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Channel and Client Strategy leaders to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts with precision, identifying opportunities for incremental enhancements.
  • Apply strong operations rigor to ensure accurate financial planning and execution.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the team and with clients.
  • Employ enhanced storytelling techniques to create engaging and compelling narratives in client presentations.
  • Oversee the execution of crucial projects, including onboarding and strategic initiatives across the client base.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant work supporting retail apparel clients.
  • 4+ years in a supervisory management role.
  • Demonstrated management and team development skills.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns.
  • Solid analytical background with experience in managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective.
  • Familiarity with various attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click).
  • Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote for reporting and presenting to clients.
