Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter

At The Children's Center of Hamden Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition for the entire agency, directing internal and external posting of employment opportunities, and maintaining various advertising resources to effectively recruit applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for potential employment.
  • Execute the employment onboarding process to ensure that new employees complete all necessary documents during the hiring process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment physicals, physical demand screens, and placement of PPD.
  • Conduct new employee orientations with the Coordinator of Human Resources.
  • Update and manage all agency social media platforms.
  • Maintain technological fluency and possess strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to evaluate competence and assess skills of candidates for employment.
