Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adult Services Coordinator to join our team at The Kennedy Collective Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct support and advocacy to individuals, promoting their well-being, growth, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Support: Promote choice, provide appropriate support, and coordinate activities to foster individual well-being, growth, and development.
  • Advocate for Individuals: Ensure that all services, programs, and guidelines outlined in an individual's ISP are implemented as assigned.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all Kennedy Collective and DDS regulations and policies are adhered to.
  • Supervise Daily Living Skills: Responsible for the supervision and coordination of daily living skills including but not limited to personal care, recreation, meal prep, and household chores.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide professional and timely communication with co-workers, supervisor, families, and guardians and other team members.
  • Record and Maintain Records: Record and maintain individuals' records in Therap as assigned (data entry, case notes, updated contacts, and information).
  • Administer Medications: Administer medications in accordance with DDS regulations. Ensure all medications are available and orders followed.
  • Protect Individual Rights: Ensure the protection of all individuals' rights and safety by following HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy, and reporting any type of abuse or neglect.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office and the internet
