Role Summary:
As a Medication Management Specialist in Training, you will receive complimentary training through our exclusive Certification Program. Your goal is to successfully complete this program and advance as a Medication Management Specialist.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Input prescription details, including patient and prescriber information, medication selection, prescription interpretation, insurance processing, and essential documentation.
  • Gather customer and prescription data necessary for processing new and refill prescriptions, including authorization from healthcare providers.
  • Retrieve medications from stock.
  • Create and affix prescription labels to containers.
  • Package medications into appropriate containers.
  • Complete necessary paperwork related to prescription fulfillment and enter customer and prescription information into the system.
  • Assist in maintaining the Pharmacy department's cleanliness and organization.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including order reviews, returns, restocking, and preparing for physical inventory.
  • Implement Den programs aimed at enhancing customer experience.

Work Schedule:
Our Medication Management Specialists understand that patient care extends beyond standard hours. Expect to work weekdays, weekends, evening shifts, and some holidays. Flexibility is key as we collaborate as a team to accommodate various schedules.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
