Overview:
The Claims Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation, documentation, and submission of warranty claims to the manufacturer and/or distributor, ensuring accurate reconciliation of claims. This role offers the flexibility of remote work within the Northeast region, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process warranty claims for dealerships within the designated region
  • Collaborate with Parts and Service departments to verify details and obtain any missing information necessary for claim submission
  • Generate warranty claims based on service orders
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SRT times and OEM products
  • Monitor warranty parts until final claim resolution is achieved
  • Travel may be necessary for training purposes and to provide support at various locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warranty or service roles within a heavy-duty truck dealership
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient typing skills and a willingness to learn new software
  • Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with relevant terminology
