Regional Claims Coordinator

Overview:
The Claims Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation, documentation, and submission of warranty claims to the manufacturer and/or distributor, ensuring accurate reconciliation of claims. This role offers the flexibility of remote work within the Northeast region, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process warranty claims for dealerships within the designated region
- Collaborate with Parts and Service departments to verify details and obtain any missing information necessary for claim submission
- Generate warranty claims based on service orders
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SRT times and OEM products
- Monitor warranty parts until final claim resolution is achieved
- Travel may be necessary for training purposes and to provide support at various locations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warranty or service roles within a heavy-duty truck dealership
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient typing skills and a willingness to learn new software
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with relevant terminology
