What We Provide:
  • Initial hourly compensation with potential for salary based on achieving billable metrics, typically within a few months.
  • Annual bonuses up to $10,000, distributed quarterly.
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, and Short-Term Disability.
  • 80 hours of paid time off annually, plus paid holidays.
  • Compensation for BCBA-related activities ranging from $50 to $65 per hour.
  • Direct care services compensated at $40 per hour.
  • Administrative tasks paid at $40 per hour for non-billable work.
  • Reimbursement for travel time at $9.50 per hour.

Job Type:
  • Available as Part-Time or Full-Time.

Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Service Areas:
  • Davis County
  • South Weber County

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications as a BCBA.
  • Fulfill assigned billable hours as per contract.
  • Provide mentorship and training to technicians on the treatment team to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to monitor progress.
  • Develop measurable objectives based on patient needs.
  • Complete regular treatment updates to track patient progress.
  • Facilitate caregiver training sessions to ensure consistent goal implementation.
  • Collaborate with educational personnel as needed.
  • Work closely with leadership and administrative teams.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records.
  • Stay informed on BACB guidelines and industry standards.
  • Respond to work-related communications promptly.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher is mandatory.
  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Must possess or obtain a license to practice from the relevant regulatory body.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and adaptability in various situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Compensation:
$65.00 per hour

Expected Hours:
20 – 35 hours per week
