Job Type:
Flexible options available for both part-time and full-time positions.

Operational Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain active BCBA licenses and certifications.
  • Fulfill assigned billable hours.
  • Oversee and guide technicians in executing treatment plans effectively.
  • Design and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to monitor progress.
  • Develop measurable objectives based on patient needs.
  • Provide regular updates on treatment programs.
  • Conduct caregiver training sessions to ensure consistent implementation of goals.
  • Collaborate with educational personnel and administrative teams.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records.
  • Stay informed about BACB guidelines and industry standards.
  • Respond to work-related communications promptly.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Current BCBA certification is mandatory.
  • Must possess or obtain a license to practice in the relevant state.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
  • Strong judgment, sensitivity, and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $65.00, with expected hours ranging from 20 to 35 per week.
