Position Summary: The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient processing, packaging, and distribution of both fresh and frozen food products. This role is critical in ensuring that the operations run smoothly and meet the demands of a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a workforce of 80 employees across three shifts, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with 2-3 Supervisors to maintain high operational standards.
  • Work primarily during core hours but remain flexible to oversee operations during overnight shifts as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a cold and wet facility environment.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in operations management.
  • Minimum of 5 years in high-volume food and/or beverage processing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large teams within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong background in process improvement and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
