Operations and Administration Manager

Beacon Hill Associates is seeking an experienced Operations and Administration Manager to join our team in Smyrna, GA. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic administrative support and overseeing daily office operations.
About the RoleThis is a highly visible role that requires a strong background in executive-level administration, office management, and operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, excel in multitasking, and maintain confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing office supplies, and coordinating logistics.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate training or setup needs.
- Plan and execute office events, projects, and team activities, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
Estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5-8 years of experience in executive-level administration, office management, or operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office tools, software, and IT troubleshooting.
