Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine administrative and clinical tasks to support medical staff, handling all administrative duties in a timely manner, communicating with insurance companies for proper billing procedures, and escorting patients to exam rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Clinical assistance: Assist with routine exams, prepare patients for procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, communicate with insurance companies, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant with a concentration in OB GYN healthcare.
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
