Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide accurate information and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person.
  • Documentation Processing: Verify and complete required documentation, including freight bills and reports.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years of general office experience and one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong phone and interpersonal skills, basic math skills, and typing/data entry abilities.
