Job Title: Helpdesk Support Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Helpdesk Support Specialist, providing technical support to 6,200 end-users across 110 locations nationwide. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing phone and in-person support, utilizing Manage Engine for ticketing. Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus. We are looking for a candidate with a "white glove" support mentality and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM and Salesforce knowledge. The company is rapidly expanding through acquisitions, offering tremendous opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone and in-person
  • Utilize Manage Engine for ticketing
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a "white glove" support mentality
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and Salesforce knowledge

  • Experience Level: Entry Level
