We are seeking a motivated Regional Account Manager to become a vital part of our organization. In this position, you will oversee and expand a portfolio of clients within your designated territory. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, offering expert advice on our offerings and fostering enduring partnerships to optimize revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate robust relationships with medium-sized independent clients
  • Strategize and execute sales plans to surpass objectives
  • Work in tandem with the field sales team to assist key accounts
  • Establish and meet revenue targets aligned with company expansion
  • Set sales goals, project revenue, and monitor performance
  • Serve as a product authority and negotiate with significant clients
  • Track customer commitments and ensure accountability
  • Strengthen relationships through virtual interactions, product showcases, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide customer value
  • Participate in sales meetings and industry conferences to support team achievements

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional virtual communication abilities
  • Proficient in sales methodologies and processes
  • Skills in forecasting and negotiation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device sector
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is advantageous
  • Occasional travel may be necessary
