Aquatic Safety Supervisor

Join our team at Club Fit as an Aquatic Safety Supervisor, where your primary responsibility will be to oversee the safety of all individuals in and around the aquatic facilities. Your role will involve utilizing both preventative and proactive measures to ensure a secure environment for all aquatic participants and onlookers.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Monitor the pool area and enforce established rules and regulations to ensure compliance among all patrons.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns raised by guests utilizing the aquatic facilities.
  • Recognize, prevent, and respond to emergencies in the water and on the deck, employing effective scanning techniques.
  • Administer first aid for injuries or sudden health issues until professional medical assistance arrives.

Required Certifications:

  • Lifeguard Training
  • CPR for the Professional Rescuer

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $15.00-$16.50 per hour, with part-time weekday and weekend shifts available.
