Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our team at Integrated Fire & Security Solutions. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing support to our Foreman and project teams, installing low-voltage systems, and ensuring the highest level of quality and technical excellence in our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Foreman and project teams
  • Install conduit, wire, and devices for various low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance installations
  • Collaborate with other crew members to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Responsible for performing work assignments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and communicate goals in support of growth and advancement
  • Empower self and others to achieve success and growth
  • Foster teamwork and cooperation among team members
  • Ensure clear and concise communication and documentation of information
  • Identify and gather diagnostic information to clarify situations
  • Approach problems using a logical and systematic approach
  • Take initiative to identify and address needs and opportunities
  • Demonstrate personal credibility and responsibility
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated work experience in a related field
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to learn and understand NEC and NFPA requirements
  • Ability to learn and understand industry changes and latest proven technologies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
