Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for pet owners. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets by name, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, handling client inquiries and providing information about services and products.
- Schedule appointments and surgeries, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and staff.
- Process payments, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Support veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members in daily patient and client care.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and a positive experience for pet owners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Working knowledge of veterinary terminology and computer skills, including keyboarding and use of communication tools.
