Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems in Cambridge, MA. This is an open-ended contract opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Services team, including vendor management and data entry.
  • Maintain daily operations of facility services, ensuring all break room, amenity, and convenience areas are well-maintained and fully stocked.
  • Order office supplies, break room disposables, and coffee/tea products as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze job-related data to identify trends for improvement and provide valuable insights to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment or related field.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and address issues that arise.
  • Proficiency in using iOS and macOS applications, as well as learning company systems.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Diligence and ownership in subject matter expertise, dedication to task completion.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
