As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include venipuncture services, dispensary responsibilities, and other clinical support services.

You will be the first point of contact for patient feedback and provide any necessary support as requested by the leads, office manager, or in-office providers. You will also contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
