Behavioral Support Technician

The Treetop ABA Therapy specializes in delivering tailored in-home and community-based ABA programs for children aged 2-18 across multiple states.

In light of the increasing demand for effective educational services for children with autism, our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program is committed to providing scientifically supported services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We focus on addressing the challenges associated with the disorder by modifying the social and educational environments of the individuals we serve. We believe that the best outcomes for children can be achieved through collaboration with their families and other professionals involved in their care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will represent our organization and receive comprehensive training and guidance from our experienced supervising clinicians and leadership team. Service hours are determined by medical necessity and include opportunities for daytime and afterschool work. Our technicians engage in one-on-one educational sessions directly in the child's home, aiming to develop essential skills that enable children to thrive in both home and community settings, all under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Treetop Therapy equips its technicians with the necessary resources to succeed while working with clients, providing a variety of materials and stimuli to promote skill acquisition, learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications Required:

  • RBT Certification is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
  • Ability to work with clients of varying ages, skill levels, and behaviors.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems for data collection and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification if applicable.
  • TRICARE Certification is preferred.
  • A passion for fostering change and supporting independent growth.
