Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to fulfill service requests and prepare units for new residents promptly and with exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Share expertise with colleagues and provide support during challenging situations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by exceeding resident expectations.
  • Utilize time management skills to ensure effective communication throughout the workday.
  • Proactively identify potential issues that residents may encounter before they arise.

Essential Qualifications

  • A proactive individual with a demonstrated history of taking initiative and responsibility.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, ideally in a high-demand environment with rigorous standards.
  • Strong skills in HVAC (heat pumps), CFC certification, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and electrical work.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every third week.
  • Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues, coupled with excellent organizational skills and diligent follow-up.
