As a Field Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trailers, chassis, and various types of equipment. This role encompasses the execution of all fleet upkeep procedures to guarantee that all units comply with the necessary specifications. Technicians will also engage in urgent repair tasks as needed.

**Technical Skills Required**

+ Proficiency with pneumatic and air-powered tools

+ Capability to drive company vehicles similar to F350 models

+ Must possess a personal toolkit

**Interpersonal Skills Required**

+ Strong ability to work autonomously

+ Excellent problem-solving abilities

+ Flexibility to adapt to diverse work settings

**Employment Type**

This position is classified as Contract-to-Hire with an anticipated duration of 6 months.

**Work Location**

This role is entirely on-site.

**Work Conditions**

The majority of the work will take place in a workshop, although field service calls will be necessary. The working environment may experience high temperatures in summer and low temperatures in winter. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule following comprehensive training.
