Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring high-quality customer service and a clean and safe environment.
- Supervise a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial performance.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu offerings, ensuring consistency and quality of product.
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment venue.
- Proven track record of success in controlling costs, maximizing profit, and driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000.
