Restaurant General Manager

The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with a strong presence in Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston Texas. We're a growing company with a passion for delivering high-quality classic American food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Train, review, and evaluate all Team Members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Lead by example with a high sense of urgency and ensure a clean and organized restaurant.
- Multi-task and manage multiple kitchen stations, including prep, fryer, salads, grill, building, and expo.
- Enforce timely productivity and teamwork to meet financial objectives.
- Manage daily paperwork and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to delegate tasks to team members and display high-functioning organizational skills.
- Proactive, punctual, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
