Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Train, review, and evaluate all team members
- Lead by example with a high sense of urgency
- Ensure a clean and organized restaurant
- Multi-task and maintain a positive attitude
- Foster a friendly and family-like environment
- Be a team player and demonstrate efficient communication skills
- Cross-train and be able to work and oversee all kitchen stations and positions
- Enforce timely productivity and teamwork
- Meet financial objectives (productivity, labor, and COGs)
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Outgoing personality and friendly attitude
- Passionate about food
- Ability to delegate to team members
- Displays high-functioning organizational skills
- Enforce rest and meal breaks by planning properly with staff
- Proactive, punctual, and great communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests
- Resourceful critical thinking skills
