Responsibilities- Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
