Administrative Telehealth Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Telehealth Support Professional to join our team at Center for Personal Growth. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our psychologist, including client scheduling, payment management, and insurance coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Scheduling: Coordinate with clients and the psychologist to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
- Handle Payments: Process payments from clients and insurance companies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate Insurance: Verify benefits, file insurance claims, and follow up as needed to ensure seamless communication between clients, insurance providers, and our practice.
- Represent the Practice: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance providers, and third parties, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Organize the Office: Maintain digital filing systems, manage email communications, and perform other administrative tasks to keep the practice running efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
