Customer Service Representative

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient delivery
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
