We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in a self-service model. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers to achieve their goals and objectives through the effective use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Retention: Ensure our customers stay customers by identifying and addressing potential issues and opportunities for growth.
  • Adoption Target: Help our customers deploy and use our platform to drive adoption and engagement with their givers.
  • Upsell: Sell additional products and features to our customers to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • High Sales Activities: Make a large volume of calls and emails to customers to ensure their success and drive revenue growth.
  • Pushpay Product Training and Assistance: Provide expert training and assistance to customers on our products to ensure their success and drive adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proven track record of quota/target attainment.
  • At least 2 years of customer success, account management, or renewal management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work with a team to get to the best solution.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to learn technology.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage opportunities, customer interactions, and key projects check points.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Naturally curious and love to learn about why and how things work.
