Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Proven track record of quota/target attainment.
- At least 2 years of customer success, account management, or renewal management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with a team to get to the best solution.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Business acumen and ability to learn technology.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage opportunities, customer interactions, and key projects check points.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
