Key Responsibilities

Our Claims Litigation Office is seeking a litigation attorney to handle personal injury defense cases. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with proficiency in technology. This role requires resourcefulness and a strong work ethic, with the ability to independently manage litigation from initial response through trial while delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred candidates will have 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense or litigation, with trial experience considered a valuable asset. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, necessitating some in-office presence while allowing for remote work. Work arrangements may evolve based on business requirements.



Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited institution with strong academic credentials.
  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey, maintaining good standing with the state bar.
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in insurance defense.
  • Experience in a paperless work environment.
  • Strong technical and automation skills.
  • Eligibility to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Potential annual salary range: $125,625 - $135,000.
  • Potential annual incentive pay: up to 16% of base salary.
