Peer Support Specialist

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will provide peer support services to individuals living in Catholic Housing Communities (CHC) permanent supportive housing (PSH) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide peer support services to clients, assisting them in navigating community-based services and organizations.
- Teach clients how to problem-solve and find their own solutions.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Case Management team to ensure behavioral health and physical health needs of clients are being addressed.
- Model personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness.
- Maintain professional boundaries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of successful work experience
- Lived experience that allows the successful candidate to understand and relate to program clients.
