Job Summary

Chandler Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mobile Crisis Response Specialist to join our team. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), you will play a critical role in providing short-term intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one supportive services to individuals in crisis, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Initiate and facilitate de-escalation techniques to resolve crisis situations.
  • Utilize effective interpersonal communication skills to engage with individuals and their support networks.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
Requirements
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
