Job Summary

Chandler Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to join our Comprehensive Crisis Services Division. As a Mobile Crisis Response Counselor, you will provide short-term interventions to stabilize and link individuals experiencing a mental health crisis with long-term supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one supportive services to individuals experiencing a crisis jeopardizing their current placement.
  • Initiate and facilitate de-escalation techniques to ensure a safe and calm environment.
  • Utilize effective interpersonal communication skills to engage with individuals and their support systems.
  • Develop and implement individual service plans in accordance with the therapeutic process.
Work Environment

Our Comprehensive Crisis Services Division serves individuals in the Richmond area and surrounding counties. As a Mobile Crisis Response Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.
