Position: Crisis Case Manager
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements set forth by DBHDS, DMAS, MCO, and EHP.
- Perform QMHP duties, including participation in supervision sessions.
- Access the Behavioral Health Portal during standard business hours.
- Provide essential support to individuals utilizing Mobile Crisis services.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours each week in Mental Health Skill Building.
- Assist clients with de-escalation strategies and mental health education.
- Conduct care coordination activities and facilitate access to necessary resources.
- Submit progress notes and related documentation within specified timeframes.
- Engage in case management and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Participate in discharge planning sessions.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as required.
- Act as a mentor to colleagues and provide training as necessary.
- Attend required meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
