Job Overview

Position: Crisis Case Manager

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements set forth by DBHDS, DMAS, MCO, and EHP.
  • Perform QMHP duties, including participation in supervision sessions.
  • Access the Behavioral Health Portal during standard business hours.
  • Provide essential support to individuals utilizing Mobile Crisis services.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours each week in Mental Health Skill Building.
  • Assist clients with de-escalation strategies and mental health education.
  • Conduct care coordination activities and facilitate access to necessary resources.
  • Submit progress notes and related documentation within specified timeframes.
  • Engage in case management and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Participate in discharge planning sessions.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as required.
  • Act as a mentor to colleagues and provide training as necessary.
  • Attend required meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
