About the Role
Madwell is seeking a highly skilled Strategy Director to lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as experience working with VP and executive level clients.

About You
As a seasoned strategist, you'll be responsible for developing, refining, and documenting brand strategies and campaign/comms strategies across 1-2 accounts while supporting other smaller accounts. Your expertise will enable you to uncover new opportunities and insights to inspire our team and drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple client accounts
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of strategies
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues

What We Offer
