Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate comprehensive product strategies across multiple categories.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of performance metrics and trends to optimize business outcomes and inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless communication throughout the product development process.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising or an analytical capacity.
  • Background in merchandising/planning within a vertical specialty retail setting.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse partners in commercial, marketing, planning, buying, and visual merchandising.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth while upholding brand integrity.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong capability to execute against financial objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a varied audience, including external partners and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster and nurture partnerships across different functions and departments.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking to introduce new insights into the business.
