Field Marketing Manager

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and sales pipeline for our Northeast and Southeast regions in the US.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement revenue-generating marketing strategies and tactics to drive sales pipeline and revenue growth
- Work closely with sales and channel partners to generate incremental sales pipeline for existing and new products and services
- Deploy territory marketing tactics, programs, and campaigns to grow sales and provide positive ROI
- Support key channel partners with executing their marketing programs and campaigns to grow sales and provide positive ROI
- Manage and accelerate leads through the marketing pipeline
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Marketing, Business, or similar field preferred
- 2+ years of marketing, sales, go-to-market, customer-facing, sales enablement, and/or training experience
- Experience developing, executing, and managing digital and non-digital demand generation marketing activities
- Ability to foster relationships, influence, and drive results with key Motorola leaders, channel partners, end-customers, and marketing agencies
