Job Title: Specialist II, Financial Reporting

SEI is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including annual and quarterly reports, for clients in accordance with regulatory and client deliverables calendars.
  • Support internal and external review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with fund accounting teams and external auditors to resolve financial reporting issues and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and facilitating kick-off meetings for client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to resolve open issues and questions, and provide support for production issues and system queries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mutual fund or alternative investment funds industry.
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and strong accounting and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong customer service skills, with ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent support to clients.
