Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team at Strategic Employment. This role will involve working closely with the CFO and Controller to manage multiple managed funds from an accounting standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and databases
- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- CPA or progress toward designation
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field of study
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or exposure to fund accounting, venture capital, or private equity
- Prior experience working in public accounting
- Experience with Investran
