Territory Business Developer

Frontline Wildfire Defense is looking for a skilled Territory Business Developer to join our team. As a Territory Business Developer, you'll play a critical role in developing local partnerships and generating new business in Colorado.
About the OpportunityThis is an individual contributor sales role where you will help prospective customers, develop local partnerships, and provide an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for generating new business in Colorado, building relationships with potential customers, and educating them about our wildfire defense system.
Key Responsibilities- Owning an individual sales quota and meeting or exceeding it
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline of potential customers from prospect to installation
- Evaluating customer needs while building productive relationships
- Conducting in-person site visits and sales consultations with potential customers
- Educating customers about defensible space and our wildfire defense system
- Generating prospective customer designs, proposals, and contracts
- Selling our remotely operated wildfire defense system to homeowners and businesses
- A proven track record in an individual contributor sales role with consumers and/or businesses
- In-home and/or consumer product sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and empathy in working with customers and teammates
- The ability to work remotely, travel to customers approximately 50% of the week, and work nights and weekends as needed
You'll receive a salary base range of $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) plus a huge commission opportunity tied to performance. Our quarterly MBOs will keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
