About the Role:
The People Partner role presents an exciting opportunity to assist employees within our Technical Development and/or Capital Markets sectors. You will collaborate with diverse teams and individuals globally, contributing to our mission in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of HR policies and procedures related to salary administration, employment decisions, and employee development.
- Provide guidance to departments and managers on staff training, job assignments, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and promotions.
- Communicate company and HR policies to employees and management.
- Investigate employee concerns by interviewing involved parties and gathering relevant information.
- Address employee complaints and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws across all locations.
- Prepare reports by collecting data and performing analyses to support management decision-making.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure accurate processing of paperwork.
- Offer HR guidance and support for performance and salary review processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR certification is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations.
- Familiarity with general office procedures.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage employee issues effectively.
- Capacity to handle stressful situations and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and management.
