About the Role:
The People Partner role presents an exciting opportunity to assist employees within our Technical Development and/or Capital Markets sectors. You will collaborate with diverse teams and individuals globally, contributing to our mission in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and management of HR policies and procedures related to salary administration, employment decisions, and employee development.
  • Provide guidance to departments and managers on staff training, job assignments, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and promotions.
  • Communicate company and HR policies to employees and management.
  • Investigate employee concerns by interviewing involved parties and gathering relevant information.
  • Address employee complaints and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws across all locations.
  • Prepare reports by collecting data and performing analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure accurate processing of paperwork.
  • Offer HR guidance and support for performance and salary review processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR certification is preferred.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage employee issues effectively.
  • Capacity to handle stressful situations and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and management.
