Position Overview:

Orlando Health is in search of a Human Resources Strategic Partner who will play a crucial role in cultivating strategic alliances essential for the success of the organization. This position will focus on supporting the Ambulatory Services by aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with operational teams and human resources to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex information to assess the human resources implications of business challenges.
  • Advise and guide business leaders on intricate human resources matters.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee relations and manage conflict resolution processes.
  • Coach business leaders to enhance competitiveness and productivity.
  • Facilitate discussions on talent management and execute effective people strategies to support business goals.
  • Exhibit initiative in decision-making and process enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
  • Maintain internal legal compliance and ensure consistent interpretation and education of policies.
  • Assist the Corporate Director of HR in executing Workforce Strategy initiatives.
  • Deliver training and development programs across all organizational levels, utilizing adult learning principles.
  • Implement human resources initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Develop HR staff to enhance skill levels and promote growth for future opportunities.
  • Conduct HR data analysis for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR departments on performance improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Document interactions consistently in the HR Case Management System.
  • Engage in higher-level discussions when necessary.
  • Address knowledge gaps identified in operational areas.
  • May oversee daily activities and staff as assigned.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance in accordance with Orlando Health policies and applicable standards.

Adhere to all Orlando Health policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, encompassing knowledge of two or more HR functions.
