Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive exceptional results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, inspiring your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by Example: Setting high standards, maintaining a positive culture, and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Team Development: Training, mentoring, and motivating a team of 10+ employees to deliver exceptional results.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory, managing costs, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent to build a strong team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with marketing and operations teams to drive sales, promote the brand, and improve overall performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and up to 50-hour work weeks.
  • High school graduate (required) and relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., ServSafe).
