About the Job

You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading a team of 10+ employees, and driving exceptional results. With a focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and inventory management, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment.

As a General Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Motivate and Inspire Your Team: Foster a positive culture, provide ongoing training and feedback, and empower your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Schedule and Manage Employees: Ensure adequate staffing levels, manage employee schedules, and oversee payroll processing.
  • Manage Inventory and Costs: Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and up to 50-hour work weeks.
  • High school graduate (required) and relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., ServSafe).
