About the Role

We are expanding our outbound sales team and seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for opening opportunities with key decision-makers across various industries. You will work closely with our Marketing Director to devise a bi-weekly campaign to maximize your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and implement a new sales process to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of viable opportunities
  • Effectively leverage CRM tools to work systematically through deals
  • Exceed revenue targets with a strategic outbound sales approach
  • Set qualified appointments for the Account Executive team to demo the ProcurementExpress platform solution
  • Develop strategies to address industry issues and challenges encountered
  • Become proficient using the ProcurementExpress platform
  • Prepare and present regular weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Attend regular coaching sessions and sales meetings

Requirements

  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
  • Proven track record of generating qualified appointments and experience in technology
  • Great phone manner and accustomed to making a minimum of 80+ outbounds per day
  • Ambitious, process-driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to self-manage, disciplined, and motivated
  • Ability to work remotely Monday to Friday, EST
  • Reliable Internet (laptop, etc)
